Marks Operation Dwarka, the Pakistan Navy's attack on the Indian coastal town of Dwarka on 7–8 September 1965.
A Pakistan Navy task force led by the cruiser PNS Babur shelled the radar station and facilities at Dwarka at night. The submarine PNS Ghazi was also deployed off Bombay; Pakistan credits it with keeping the Indian fleet in harbour. The day honours naval martyrs.
